FOR THE SUBSRIBERS’ NOTE!

JV «AzEuroTel» launched a user system for internet subscribers which will streamline the procedure of information obtaining via phone calls to the different divisions of the Internet Department. Please follow the below mentioned instructions when you are contacting us by phone.
Phone numbers:
1. (012) 197 (multiplex) – short number for calls from the PSTN.
2. (012) 497-56-99* (multiplex)
3. (012) 497-05-05* (multiplex)

The numbers marked by asterisk (*) will be active during the period of two months.
When this period is expired, the calls will be accepted via tree digit number 197 only.
As soon as you have an access to the system per above mentioned phone numbers, please follow the voice instructions heard by you.
Note: While selecting the required services you should use your phone set in “tone” dialing mode or temporary switch on your phone set from “pulse” to “tone” dialing modes.
Press Button 1 for Helpdesk – this service receives the calls on technical issues related to the internet services (working schedule is 24/7).
Press Button 2 for service receives the calls on payment issues of ADSL services and questions related to the contracts. Working hours from Monday to Friday 9:00 till 18:00, Lunch time is from 13.00 till 14.00; on Saturday from 10.00 till 14.00. Press Button 3 for service receives the calls on ADSL connectivity issues (after the contract signing). Working hours from Monday to Friday from 09.00 till 18.00, on Saturday from 10.00 till 14.00.
Press Button 4 for Information and Sale service – this service provides the information on services, tariffs, coverage zones and etc. Working time from Monday to Friday from 09.00 till 18.00, lunch time is from 13.00 till 14.00; on Saturday from 10.00 till 14.00.

Subscribers of PSTNs 494/495 and 438/439 should switch on the phone set into the “tone” dialing mode after the dialing a call number.
